SUMMARY:TRAP WRAP
DESCRIPTION:Rock’n’roll piadine. \nPiadina isn’t just prosciutto and squacquerone. \n
It’s a blank canvas. \n
It’s street. \n
It’s rhythm. \nIn this course we take it, heat it up, fill it… and transform it. \nHere you assemble, experiment, make mistakes and try again.
You play with textures and temperatures.
You mess up the cutting board and have fun doing it. \nTrap Wrap is for those who love eating with their hands.
For those who think cooking is also rhythm, instinct and creativity.
For those who want to step out of the comfort zone of the “usual piadina.” \nCrispy on the outside.
Just the right amount of wild on the inside. \nWhere?
In the Supper Social Kitchen, inside Fabbrica campus. \nIncluded for you is an exclusive welcome kit with Trattoria-branded apron, pen and notebook. \n
