Description
The apricot Colomba is a naturally leavened (natural sourdough starter) baked product with a butter and honey fragrance, characterized by a delicate sweetness.
Like all our products, it is 100% natural and contains no preservatives of any kind, so we recommend consuming it as soon as possible to enjoy all its characteristics.
We give a shelf life of 40 days.
The expiration date is indicated on the package.
Ingredients: Wheat flour type “00,” natural sourdough (wheat flour type “00,” water), butter, sugar, egg yolk, water, semi-candied apricots (25 percent), acacia honey, salt, flavorings (natural orange, natural lemon.
