CHOCOLATE ARTISAN PANETTONE
Naturally leavened bakery product (natural sourdough starter) with dark dough. The 70% chocolate infusion and chocolate cubes give a balance between acidity and sweetness. It is 100% natural and contains no preservatives whatsoever, so we recommend consuming it as soon as possible to enjoy all its characteristics.
We give an expiry date of 40 days. The expiry date is indicated on the packaging.
Ingredients: wheat flour type ‘00’, natural sourdough starter (wheat flour type ‘00’, water), butter, sugar, egg yolk, water, chocolate 30% (cocoa paste 59% min., sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin (soy), natural vanilla extract), acacia honey, salt, flavouring (natural orange).
